Between appointments
If you need advice between appointments you can call me on 01442 390822, which is a dedicated clinic line, or e-mail me. My call-in times are 8pm-9pm Monday to Thursday if you need to speak to me in person. At other times there is an answerphone and I will contact you as soon as I can.
Urgent advice
If you need urgent homeopathic advice and I am unavailable, the Homeopathic Helpline on 09065 343404 is open every day 9am-midnight – calls are charged at £1.50 per minute and usually take no longer than 2-3 minutes. In an emergency contact your GP or go to A&E.
At other times
I do not charge for advice in between appointments for current patients. However, if your problem is more complicated or I have not seen you for 3 months, I may suggest that you need to come in for an appointment. If I need to post a remedy to you the charge is £10.
Self-help
I recommend that my patients have a homeopathic kit at home. I usually have Ainsworths First Aid Kit (42 remedies) in stock for sale at the discounted price of £30 (RRP £36.99). This comes with full instructions and is an excellent kit to have at home or take on holiday. Other kits can be obtained directly from Ainsworths or Helios.
