Hello, my name is Teresa Aldred. Around 12 years ago I used homeopathy on my first child. The results were so impressive that it became our first-choice for health, and gradually I decided to become a homeopath.
I studied homeopathy for four years at the Centre for Homeopathic Education at Regent's College, London where I gained a Licentiate. Previously to that I completed a foundation course in Natural Medicine with Neals Yard Remedies – this has given me a good working knowledge of herbs, flower essences and essential oils, which I sometimes use in my practice to support homeopathy.
I am a member of the Alliance for Registered Homeopaths; a professional body that binds its members by a professional code of ethics and practice. I am fully insured. I also belong to the Herts Homeopaths, a group which meets regularly to provide mutual professional support, keep abreast of the latest developments and discoveries in homeopathy and health.
I love my work and take a warm, supportive and practical approach. I enjoy getting to know my clients and working with them over time to improve their health and vitality, offering them a real alternative to, or support for, their conventional treatment.
